And last but not least – please meet Chester Pitts II and Ephraim Salaam from Texas and California respectively. These guys are friends and NFL teammates.
So far – I like this team! They are fun, easy-going and nice. They seem to have good chemistry and somewhat self-deprecating sense of humor. They laugh easily and genuinely. And I dig all that.
My only problem with this team (which – to be honest – is not their “fault”) is that they are yet another recruited ex-NFL team (you can insert “baseball”, “hockey”, etc instead of “football” here). I mean – how many sportsmen (current and former) do we need to see on The Amazing Race?!
As if it were not enough – the casting department adds various “baseball wives” and “football wives” to the pool of contestants. Then they add numerous cheerleaders, “ice crew girls” – you get the idea.
It doesn’t make a well-balanced cast; besides, the majority of these recruits are rarely fun.
But I shouldn’t hold this against the “Teddy Bears”. Of all the recruited teams – past and present – they seem one of the more interesting ones.
